  • Delivery timeline: 4–7 business days across major cities.
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
  • All orders include a tracking link sent directly to your email/SMS.

3. International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days depending on your country and customs clearance.
  • Regions we ship to: USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and more.
  • Tracking numbers are provided for every international order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

6. Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed to the courier, responsibility passes to you. However, in case of loss or damage, our team will assist you in claiming compensation with the courier partner.
