At Indicleather, every piece is crafted to last a lifetime. But if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a smooth return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in original box/dust bag (if provided)
- With all tags and authenticity cards intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Customized or monogrammed products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Final sale/clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@indicleather.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
- India: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
- International: Customers must bear the return shipping charges.
- If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return cost.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, card, UPI, etc.).
Exchanges
- We allow size exchanges for leather jackets, belts, and shoes (subject to stock availability).
- Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days.
