Refund and Returns Policy

At Indicleather, every piece is crafted to last a lifetime. But if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a smooth return and refund process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • Packed in original box/dust bag (if provided)
    • With all tags and authenticity cards intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or monogrammed products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Final sale/clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@indicleather.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • India: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
  • International: Customers must bear the return shipping charges.
  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, card, UPI, etc.).

Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges for leather jackets, belts, and shoes (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days.
